Luxury design goes beyond aesthetics—it’s rooted in well-being and balance. My own wellness journey has shown me how vital our surroundings are to our sense of peace. This drives me to create spaces that aren’t just beautiful, but nurturing—places where you feel safe, secure, and truly at home.

At the crossroads of beauty, harmony, and well-being, I design spaces that elevate your life, going beyond mere aesthetics. My journey into interior design is shaped by 16 years in the superyachting industry, where I worked onboard and as an owner’s representative in shipyard construction. I honed my eye for detail and my ability to manage high-stakes projects that balance luxury with functionality. Alongside this, I earned a BA Hons from the National Design Academy, UK, with an internship at Darnet Design, a superyacht design firm.

In 2018, I launched my interior design blog, Flamingo Cocktail, while traveling the world with my husband, moving from yacht to Airbnb. I expanded my skills with a digital marketing qualification, enhancing my ability to build an impactful online presence. After freelancing and offering remote e-design services during the pandemic, I moved to Brittany in 2024, where I officially established Studio Ishiki. 

At Studio Ishiki, I take a holistic approach to design, drawing on my diverse experiences to create spaces that resonate with positive energy and promote well-being. Every project reflects my commitment to conscious design—incorporating sustainable practices and mindful choices. Though I’m still exploring Feng Shui and colour psychology, these disciplines inspire my work and deepen my ability to create spaces that uplift and support you.

Living in many different places around the world has shaped my view of “home.” I believe home isn’t just a physical space but a feeling of safety, comfort, and belonging. This understanding drives my commitment to designing spaces that reflect your unique sense of home, wherever you are. Before my yachting career, I worked in hospitality management, where I learned the value of creating inviting, functional environments that enhance the guest experience—insights that, along with my love of holistic design, now form the foundation of my design approach.

My design philosophy is centred on creating spaces where you feel truly at home—safe, secure, and free to be yourself. I believe that a well-designed space should be beautiful, yes, but also foster a sense of comfort and belonging. My global travels and cultural explorations inspire me to design spaces that resonate with the energy and style of the person who inhabits them.
